I made a guest post at Joyful Jubilant Learning yesterday that was very fun to write. If y’all would like to take a few minutes to head over there and read it that would be awesome!

For anyone finding this site from JJL, welcome! I’m glad to have you here. This is a fairly new blog so you can probably whip through my content pretty quickly although please comment and start a conversation with me or send me an email. I’d love to talk!

I’ve been quiet the last few days, although not without reason!

Mostly because I’ve been working on a new blog I just launched, among other small freelance jobs. Those small ones really add up?

Regardless, you can check out the new blog at ecobambino.net. Be warned though, it has nothing to do with freelancing!

Eco Bambino is exactly what it says: a blog about keeping that little bambino of yours as eco-friendly and organic as possible. So if you’re a mom or dad of little ones, head on over and subscribe to get all the great tips and product suggestions that will be coming forth.

That one will be posted on more frequently, but if only for the reason of shorter posts! I try to keep the ones here fairly lengthy content-wise so as to maximize on quality rather than quantity of posts.

Later this week I’ll be taking a look into why design works when it looks like it shouldn’t. This will be a weekly case study. Though the application is web design, it’ll usually be taking principles from products we often see in the store.

It’s been nervewracking the last few hours finishing up things here and there as well as writing this post. Although this story requires some back-tracking.

Last night I was eating dinner with my sister, now 16 years old. She had her driving test scheduled for this morning. Thank god she passed. She failed her permit test the first time so I was relieved.
